Does Reforge include the preparation steps before the kick-off? I mean, you cannot give any proper estimation, if you do not know the business, user, and solution requirements.
How could you say, it takes 3 moths to develop if you do not have even a high-level understanding about the requirements (and do not know, who would work on that)?
Good question! Reforge includes the part of building a product conviction, ensuring that the right problems are discovered, validated, and given a solution proposal. But at least this program didn't spend too much on scoping the solution.
