The Product Principle—hot takes, deep dives, and practical frameworks for product management
Hello there! 👋 I’m András, a senior product manager at Hoxhunt, with previous experience in building B2C and B2B products, digital marketing, and product delivery.
In this publication, I write about all things product management: concepts, frameworks, career guidance, and hot takes to help other product managers build better products every day. If you’re an aspiring PM or just generally interested in the profession, you’ll also find useful articles to widen your knowledge about the craft.
I’d be grateful if you’d consider subscribing, in exchange, you’ll get:
Hot takes: reactions to product news or trends, topics originating from real-life work discussions about the draft, and opinions on ideas shared by others.
Deep dives: an exploration of a specific product management concept, with context, background sources, and examples in a longer form.
Practical frameworks: tools, techniques, methodologies, and other frameworks you can take away and start to use the next day.

About me
I’m András Juhász, originally from Hungary 🇭🇺, now living and working in Finland 🇫🇮.
🚀 I started my career in digital marketing, and over the years, I pivoted to project management, product delivery, and finally arrived to product management.
I’m fortunate enough to have gained experience in managing marketing campaigns, leading an agile transformation, coaching product professionals, making teams and organizations more efficient , and most importantly, building user-facing products.
While I still have a lot to learn, here, I want to share my experience and views on product management with the wider international community.
If you’d like to discuss, say “hi” to me on LinkedIn or Threads.
